Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Pegasus Digital. We appreciate your trust in our services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return or Refund After Project Completion

All our deliverables—such as designs, websites, branding materials, digital files, and other creative assets—are digital products.
Once the project is completed and the final files are delivered, we do not accept any return or refund requests.
Digital assets cannot be “returned,” and once delivered, they are considered fully utilized.


2. Eligibility for Return & Partial Refund (If Applicable Before Completion)

If you are not satisfied with our work before the project is completed, you may request a return and partial refund.

  • All return/refund requests must be made within 7 days of starting the project.
  • The work must not be used, published, or uploaded anywhere online.
  • If the design or website is returned, you lose the rights to use the design in any manner.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at info@pegasusdigital.co.in with:

  • Your full name
  • Project details
  • Original invoice
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your case and confirm eligibility.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and verified:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 2–3 billing cycles.
  • Refunds for UPI and Internet Banking will be processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Only 50% of the invoice amount will be refunded.
    The remaining 50% is retained to cover the time, effort, skills, and resources invested in the project.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
